and after the beach scene was done, they went back to the car and they cried together because they both knew that was the end of their line. and maybe she just whispers a ‘i love you too’, and he looks at her, then gives her the most saddest smile in the world. because the timing was just never right for them, even for the characters they play, it seems.

they hug, and maybe they steal just one or two kisses from each other. then they go on like they always did, shamelessly flirting and being the best of friends.
